I, like others it seems, generally can't reply to "sub threads" - only to the original "head" post.

Anyone know what's going on?

don't know why it doesn't work for you. I do seem to have an extra edit/post-it layer to go thru, but otherwise don't seem to have a problem posting to subthreads.

Where in Wisc are you? I'm in Eau Claire and am always interested in fellow Wisconites.

Germantown area, a bit north and slightly west of Milwaukee. I'm debating riding in the WIsport series this year. Was going to do it last year but other things got in the way. This year I may just go play on the track at Kenosha, will know more in May how the season shapes up.

There's another thread about this in the components section. Some of us are getting the same "no path" message when we try to respond to a subthread. I tried logging in again, but it didn't help. For some reason, the board also forgot my screen name about the same time but i was finally able to get that straightened out.
It's been an intermittant problem for me.Sintesi

Everything fine today, yesterday was a different story. I had to resubmit my password as well. Make sure you are logged in.
I haven't had any problems, yet! nmMel Erickson

I just tried to post to a reply and couldn't, but I was in the "View All" mode. When I went back to the board and individually selected the reply I was able to post a response.
That works..(test)DINOSAUR

You have to click on the individual tread you want to respond to, which means going back one click after you view the tread and click on the one as mentioned above...
How convenient! NOT!!!!Kerry

At least you've cracked the code. After the situation cropped up in both General and Components threads, I decided to delete all my cookies and clear out my IE History files. When I came on the site tonight, there were no reply buttons on any threads - I could only read. I then logged in (which I never had to do before this past week) and the same situation cropped up. I posted the problem on the Site Suggestions board - no response. I sent an e-mail to Gregg (?) - no response. Time will tell if we are stuck with this "improvement".
