what HR should I be trying to be fast at? should it be at my at LT or in my zone 2?
and... what HR range should I train for races. again is this at my LT or in my zone 2. another words what is my "race HR" ?

|It is not that simple. Your training must vary and depends upon where you are at in a periodization system to determine how much time to spend in each zone. Get a book like Friels or something and do the periodization system correctly to reap the benefits of HR training.|| |
