if I'm not mistaken, www.cbike.com actually has it on sale - specifically designed for Campy 10s, they say. and it's around $100 more than the Campy Record Carbon crank.
if it were me, I'd get FSA cranks and use a Shimano splined (or even ISIS splined) BB. FSA makes campy-compatible rings.

That Colnago carbon crankset is a FSA crankset!! Or at least it's the same design and made in the same factory that makes FSA's carbon cranks.

I found this article last week. It looks like they are gearing up for more European OEM cranks.

Tien Hsin/FSA to Start Euro Production

03/02/2002

The Taiwan component maker Tien Hsin Industries will begin assembly of components in Europe, reports the Bike Europe website. FSA Europe which is owned by Taiwan's Tien Hsin, will begin production of bottom brackets and cranksets in northern Italy at the end of this year or early in 2003.

Tien Hsin will begin its assembly work with bottom brackets and later they expect to begin to assemble cranksets. "We will receive the axle and aluminum parts from Taiwan," said Claudio Marra, Managing Director of FSA Europe, "while the bearings will come from a European supplier. Then we will assemble the parts into a complete BB-unit. In addition to more flexibility, this will give us a savings in transport costs and therefore lower prices for our products."

The Colonago is much uglier, for alot more money. I'd pick the FSA hands down.
