I've seen Velo- news, wear, & gear sites/stuff.
So, what does the 'Velo' in all this VeloStuff mean?

Just curious, really.
Thanks.

Vélo has same root as véloce; same in french and italian for "speedy", fast

Vélo comes from ancient term vélocipède: vélo and pède

Speedy on/using your feet.

Ta-daaa!
