Sodium Phosphate, anyone?(6 posts)

Sodium Phosphate, anyone?Bruno

Friel and some web sites speak wonders about sodium phosphate. Twin Labs sells it as Phos Fuel but when I went to my local GNC store and asked for it they gave a look as if I was asking for crack cocaine. Anybody has used it? Does it work? Can you buy it over the counter?

I love all you gurus who give such great answers like "just ride your bike". Bruno asked a legitimate question.....if you can't answer or don't want to, why even waste the time with a comment that doesn't help?

Does It Work?Jon Billheimer

I've read Friel's data, as well as other similar info posted on the net. So I tried it. Did it work? I couldn't really tell. My times were marginally better, but I was also training smarter. I read another thread, similar to this, about a year ago, and the reactions were mixed. Most of the posters couldn't pin down a definite effect from the sodium phosphate. Bottom line? Try it. It's harmless. If it doesn't work, drop it. If it does, you're ahead of the game.
If it worked they would ban it. -nmSnowBlind
