bike fit(4 posts)

It's time to put in the miles again, and I want to evaluate my current bike fit, and then adjust things so I'm more comfortable. How do I evaluate where my fit is now(i.e. contact points) and how can I adjust from there to make myself more comfortable? Is there such a thing as a "neutral fit"?

I'm looking for advice here, and any websites, etc. that might be able to help me feel at home on my bike.
