I'm a bit of a newbie here, but I need to get a pair of glasses for riding in the early morning or early evening when there is no sun glare, but lots of wind and cold. I've been looking for something with clear lenses or interchangable lenses. What does everyone recommend or use themselves? TIA.

The former for larger faces, the latter for smaller.

I have Vigilantes; great wind protection and easy interchangeable lenses.

Something from the Smith Slider line. I wear Mainlines. Get the model that fits you best. They come with brown, orange, and yellow lenses. Clear lenses (grey, rose, and polarized too) are available seperately. I bought clear lenses for mine to ride at night.
Thanks to you all for the input; going shopping now..ntDrezahl

You might look at Zeal Optics, they have some pretty neat looking designs. I am thinking of getting their Blast model. It comes with 3 lenses and a detachable sweat guard. I think. Also Rudy Projects are nice. Have fun shopping.

Scratched a couple of lenses from normal wear and tear, and all I had to pay was the shipping and postal once I sent the lenses back. Great company!

I have used my Rudy Projects for 3 years. Love them. Easy to change lenses. has a Rx insert and if you scratch a lens they will replace...and they are also very cool
