Hi,

I'm new to the board and am interested in an indoor trainer program to boost my endurance. I do the hard stuff outdoors and am looking to get an hour or so quality time on the trainer in the mornings when I'm not really stoked about going outside. Any good web references or other suggestions. Thanks.

I've been using the Spinervals tapes on my rollers this winter and have really liked them. Their intense for 45-90 min sessions, so you get a really good workout in a relatively short period of time.

9 minute warm up
3 minutes sprint for last 10 seconds on each minute
3 minutes sprint for last 20 seconds on each minute
3 minutes sprint for last 30 seconds on each minute
3 minutes sprint for last 20 seconds on each minute
3 minutes sprint for last 10 seconds on each minute
This whole step up - step down interval lasts 15 minutes I usually repeat that 3 times and then try and cool down for a few minutes.
The whole deal makes up an hour

Try Arnie Baker's "Smart Cycling." It has a great series of trainer workouts.
