I recently bought a Calfee Tetra Pro, and realized it doesn't have downtube brackets for barrell adjusters. It only has eyelets on the head tube for the cables. I am having a problem with fine tuning the rear derailleur. It often skips gears. Any suggestions?

No real need to fr dt adjusters, just give the barrel adjuster on the rear mech a twist...

I don't know what you are using for shifters.

In line cable adjusters, which allow adjustment on-the-fly, are available that work well with Shimano STI's, a little less well with Campy Ergo's. QBP part number is BR4041. Retail price is about $8.00 US per pair.
