|Thanks to everyone who shared their own personal web sites. If anyone else has one please post them.
http://www.scottthor.com How is the diet coming along. Good luck getting to your goals. I enjoyed reading your page.
http://www.team-ragbrai.com Makes me want to ride RAGBRAI. This is a great collection of everything RAGBRAI.
http://www.geocities.com/azroadie1 You need more things about you on the bike. I want to know more about you. Don't let anyone give you crap about shaving your legs either. Put some more stuff about you, pics, etc. I like the layout.
http://www.geocities.com/rbaniewicz/sports.html Very impressive accomplishments! How about more pics of you riding?
Your page looks professional, and North Carolina looks like an awesome place to log some miles. I want more pics. The ones you have are great!
http://www.ridetotheright.com You put some time into this one. This is obvious the coolest of the bunch. I really like the lay out. I think you guys come across like really fast bike snobs though just reading through your pages. You should lighten things up a bit. The page rocks though.
http://www.buttice.com This page is more advertising than anything.
Please post additional sites if you got one.

|Well, I wish I could put pics of me riding, but I dont have a scanner :(. I think my uncle has one though; I should probably use it. & I did have a good-sized paragraph about my riding, but I had to shrink it down so it could fit with the layout.
Good Reviews BTW.

|The diet is going well. It's amazing how simple it really is when you think about it. You simply need to burn more calories than you take in and now that I am tracking every calorie I consume and burn it's not so hard to do. It's very sobering when you put down on paper, or online in my case, everything you've eaten each day to see why you are losing or gaining weight.
I'm still trying to figure out how to calculate exactly what my weight loss should be for the week depending on how many calories I've consumed and burned. I don't have it down to an exact science yet, but I'm working on it. It's become somewhat of a challenge to see if I can calculate what the scale will be when I step on it each week. Must be the engineer in me.
