I've understand there is an adapter that mounts a reg. cotterless crank in a BB shell built for a one-piece crank.

I use a Tunturi racing ergometer to train in the winter and the one-piece bb is worn out, as well as being really wide from pedal to pedal (q-factor).

Are you sure that your Tunturi bb shell is the common one piece crank size?
