|-First you've got the whole Cherry1 post topic
-add in Ahimsa vs. Rollinfast
-for final measure men wearing pantyhose, shaving private parts and wearing bras.
I think we all need a long ride to calm down the board.
I'll admit that it has been a lot more fun than in recent months.

Before I stand on my soapbox, know this: Found out today that my broken spine has not healed at all. Not at all. No bone calcification at all. If it doesn't get better in the next month, the doctor is seriously considering surgery. It would be major surgery, too cracking the chest to get to the front of the spine.
To the rest of you on this board, I have this message:
LET'S GET BACK ON TRACK HERE!!!!
To you newbies: Stop asking the same damn question as the last newbie. Use the "search" function of RBR once in a while and you'll find every topic you could possibly want has already been discussed here, ad naseum.
We will no longer tolerate any "which is better, the crappy Trek or the crappy Giant?" or "Is Sora a good gruppo?" questions. Do yourself a favor and spend your money on a quality used bike.
Unless you have an Italian drivetrain, do not use the word "gruppo." Ever. It's a component group.
If you have already bought a bike, do not ask "did I get a good deal?" If you can't figure that out for yourself, you shouldn't be allowed to have money.
Board regulars, resist the urge to flame the idiots. They are what they are, and it's better to let their fecal-minded posts go unanswered. Then they will go away and bother someone else. (Remember "TrollMan"?)
Do not, under any circumstances, post a "I'm new to road cycling: Should I get a Colnago or a Seven?" question. Ever. If you're that rich, go buy yourself someone to do your thinking for you. Don't expect free advice from us.
While we're at it, don't ever ask a "which is better" question IF YOU HAVEN'T RIDDEN IT. Unless there are obvious differences between bikes, nothing but your butt can make the decision for you when it's a close call. (If there are obvious differences, surely you can figure those out.)
And finally, don't call me "Shirley." (Leslie Nielsen in Airplane.)
Oh ... have a nice day.
