to me whenever I wore bib shorts. Good fix: Buy those little round bandaids. They are about 2cm. across, and cover the area nicely. They also come off sans pain if you use a little bit of rubbing alcohol.

Buy this stuff called "Body Glide." www.performancebike.com it is about $12 or so, comes in a stick like deodorant. Just wipe it on and it keeps you chafe and blister free all day. I use it on nipples and heels. Works great.

I had that problem in the summers and once it started it got worse and worse. Now I use NipGuards a running product. They work great and no, they don't pull your hair out.

Is this your Saturday to ride? Saturdays 200K sounds good and we like Sundays "Century of the Spiral Staircase", Miss m is thinking we will do them both. Who am I to argue?
