|This guy never seems very helpful. Now Ben, the mechanic, he is a nice guy in there. I know some guy recommended cbike.com, but I think Fred the owner can be rude. Anybody else experience this. If Ben owned the shop, I would have no problem spending money there.|

|I've known those guys for a long time and personally I think they are all good guys. Maybe you caught Fred in the middle of something, or real busy. He's a busy guy running a busy business, that's why he has so many other knowledgeable people working for him. Freds cool, and like you mentioned Ben is as well. All of them guys are REAL knowledgeable and they know whats up with high end cycling!|

|If you were assualting him with the same number of inane, brain numbing questions as you're posting here he probably didn't want you in his store. I'll bet he was more interested in handling the people who were there to actually spend money, than engaging you in a meaningless conversation about some trivial bullshit that only you care about.
Here's a hint: pick up some social cues and when people tell you to back off, or shut the fuk up, or ignore you, then it's time to modify your approach.
Oh, and thanks for giving the guy who was too busy trying to run his business, as opposed to kissing your ass, another chance.I'm sure he was ripped up that you might not go back in his shop.
