|CT1 posted a picture of his Colnago CT1 earlier this week. I liked the matching paint job on the fork. Was that I special order, or was readily available? The reason I ask, is I am getting ready to order a MXL in AD-11 (Red) and I would love to get the fork with a matching paint job.|

The Geo comes standard with a "match painted" carbon fork. However, the other colors do not normally have "match painted" forks UNLESS you get the steel Precisa fork.
I'd ask your dealer or write Trialtir and see what they say. Colnago is pretty good about this sort of thing so it's likely they will do the paintwork on a carbon fork.

|Discuss it with a good bike painter, but many discourage painting carbon forks. They take the brunt of the road kill/gravel/sand/etc. impact and can chip, and then they are hard to touch up. You'll get a more "pristine" look for longer leaving the fork unpainted and getting a swanky painted frame.
Having just studied this issue, that was the consensus I got at least.
