Cannondale Forks: Slice Prodigy SI vs. "Time manufactured"velo_rider

Cannondale offers two different forks with aluminum steerers for its CAAD5 frames. One is listed as Time manufactured" and the other is not, as noted on the models below.

Can anyone list the differences between the forks' construction and performance? or who makes the other fork?

R900 - 2000si = Slice Prodigy Si, Time manufactured
R700 = Slice Prodigy Si

Kineisis makes the r700 fork. still a very nice fork. but on the others it is time who makes the forks for cannondale. both made to the samespecifications, but some would argue that times are nicer. pretty much the same fork, but the time shoudl have nicer ride characteristics.
