Any appreciable difference for the groupset between Shimano Dura-Ace and Campy Chorus? Any better performance? Or all in the name/tradition/preference, etc....

Dura ace are equal in performance, but chorus is more servicable. I have ridden both, and they are both great. To be quite honest, when I got dura ace on my new ride, it only took me about 45 minutes to get completely used to the different shifters. I think it is all personal pref. they are both great grouppos.... I would stay away from the dura ace pedals though... have not had great luck with the spd-r.... looking at shimano over the last few years one has to ask... when are they going to get their pedals right?
