Ill be the fat guy on the red cannondale!!Allready got my training schedule started and lost 12lbs in the last 3 weeks.Im planning my vacation around the ride,hope to see you there:) Later,Joe PS-My Better half will be riding the Green Caad5 and hopefully be behind me.

There is no Montana AIDS ride in 2002 (run by the same people who did the 2001 ride Pallotta Teamworks). The only AIDS Vaccine rides in 2002 are Canada, Europe & the experimental ride in Colorado.

What group are you riding with?

Hey,i think your correct,just tried the link and a little window popped up saying they were skipping this year,hmmmm,guess ill have to find another ride to do for my first this year.any suggestions? Later,Joe

The minimum amount of donations you are required to generate to participate is quite high. Something like $2000+ I think.

For me, this type of deal is just not my thing. If you've got no particular bent toward that thing in particular, hook up with cycling groups in your area. There should be plenty of centuries and doubles, etc. There are email list servers for my area in the USA that send me emails of ALL the riding events in my entire region. Yours should be the same. They are not expensive, more fun, better views, fully supported, etc. Simply, more enjoyable.
