HELP! seat collar and carbon seat post711

I stripped my seat collars threads!!! I just bought a Syncros carbon seatpost and was making adjustments. I was trying to tighten it because it was slipping after hitting many cracks and pot holes on the road. i cleaned off all the grease from the seat tube, as far as my fingers could reach anyway.

its a Syncros carbon seatpost 27.2 and a schwinn fastback pro

what seat collar do you guys recommend? i bought both from supergo you think they would help me out? is there anything else i can do to help keep the seatpost from slipping

Campy makes a clamp that provides more even forces around the circumference of the post.

SP-RE106

Check with your LBS for the correct size.

No grease on a CF post.

Grease and carbon don't mix. clean out yourseat tube real good. Perhaps a collar with fine threads, or a quick release type would work. This is a common problem with slippage when using grease on a carbon post.
