Ok, got you to look. But for those engineers out there, I did want to ask, how come we don't see superlight all-carbon stems? Why can you make the whole bike, the seatpost, the entire fork, and the cranks out of carbon, but not the stem?

Carbon fiber is used for things like you mentioned because it is stiff and light. However, a stem needs to be able to clamp down. Imagine stressing a piece of carbon on the handlebar and steerer to tighten it down! Probably not going to last.
