Did Pacific buy out Colnago?(7 posts)

Did Pacific buy out Colnago?curious?

Sorry I couldn't resist. I have heard about Colnago, and finally saw one in the Colorado Cyclist catalog the other day. Whats up with the lowrider mural paint jobs. For $3500 for a frame set with fork, seat post, and stem I would expect something a little classier, not something that looks like it should be cruising the streets of East L.A., or on the Kmart showroom floor. Viva La raza homie.

Yeah this is obviously a colnago flame bait post! But to each his own. I saw the Geo paint scheme on a C40 and I dig it. Its cool how you can pick out the little boot (Italy).

Seeing them in a picture does not do them justice.

My wife and I ordered two last year. I thought they looked gaudy and got the plain black with accents (OOF) while she got the yellow (LX14). When they came, I was bummed ... her's looked so nice. The paint jobs are those bikes are pretty cool.

You don't have to spend $3800 on the frame either.
why waste time replying to assholes like this... ???? nmCT1
