Well doing a lot of indoor training and so far I've watch the 2001 TDF about 15 times and stage 10 about 25. Its nice having it on DVD. How about you?

Ahh, I have it on the two-tape set. But I have the Road to Paris on DVD, which is fun but too short for viewing while on a trainer.
Is it just me, or do they spend as much time on Stage 10 as the previous 9 combined? Not that I mind, but the significance of the Stage 8 breakaway to Pontarlier was edited out.
One thing the Road to Paris does for me is get me to ride outside. Watching LA climbing until he reaches a snowbank is motivation enough.

I taped every stage for time-shifting purposes. I've watched stages 1, 3, 7, 12, 15 a few times... I've watched the chess game of stage 8 and Laiseka's explosive climb on 14 over and over... I have not watched stage 10 since I first saw it. Once I know the story in that one, and I can see the acting, it just doesn't interest me.

I confess that I'm neither a Lance Armstrong nor a USPS fan.
