great prices, no problems, fast shipping (3 days, and i'm in the US). only concern is the flat rate for shipping. i think it was $22 when i ordered in summer '01. even considering the shipping, they beat the heck outta other prices online.
Were okay with meMcAndrus

I ordered a Campy Record 10 kit from them a few months back. My experience was not great. The kit was shipped in a timely manner and arrived safely. However, I specified a clamp on front derailluer and 28 hole front hub. They sent a 32 front hub and a braze on FD. I emailed them, nicely, and asked how they handled this sort of thing. Four days later I received a reply saying to ship the stuff back for credit and that they didn't have the right parts in stock. They shipped the wrong parts intentionaly to fill an order and avoid it being cancelled!
After i searched out pricing on the correct replacement parts from Brandford Bike I emailed TC again to see if they would take the incorrect parts back in exchange for an equal dollar amount in Vittoria Tires. I never heard back from them.
Besides, by the time you pay the $65.00 tax you could darn near get as good a deal from a US dealer with all the specials going on right now.
My take on TC is this: If everything goes smoothly you save a few bucks. If there is a problem you waste a lot of time, energy and extra money getting it resolved.
They will not get any more business from me.
I think that this is right on, although I will say that mybill

experience with them was good (Mavic Ksyriums within about a week), and I would use them again for products I don't need within any particular time when the price is right. I think that a lot of these guys will ship what they have hoping that you will find it acceptable, and I wouldn't limit it to totalcycling. I also would add that, for the right product, you don't save a couple of bucks, you can save hundreds of dollars. If you order what they have, and you have no problem with the product, you can get a tremendous deal. If you get unlucky with availability or you have a problem with the product, you have bought yourself some time-consuming and expensive trouble. On average, I'm not sure that it isn't better, for lots of stuff, to just go visit the ol' LBS, where you can at least buy some good will.
Got my K's in 3days, Regular shipping, great service too!(NM)James

ordered My Ksyriums from them, got them in about a week. Emailed them wondering where they were cause i figured they would get here quicker, they emailed me back immediately with a tracking number. Little did I realize the post office had already delivered the slip telling me the wheels were there, I just hadn't checked the mail in a couple days. My fault. I would definately deal with them again.
