Experience with Tacx Products?Beaver

Hi all,

I was thinking about purchasing the Tacx Basic Trainer, but was wondering if anyone has any experiences with Tacx Products. Good warranty, customer service, etc? Things to be wary of?

I've had a Cycleops Fluid Trainer for about 5 years and it's been problem free, but I've moved on and am looking for more information in my workouts.

Thanks,
Beaver

I recently purchased the Swing model from Colorado Cyclist and had a small mishap while assembling. Now it may have been the egg nog or the directions, but I ended up snapping the piece that controls the amount of resistance (stuck in highest resistance). I pulled the part and sent back to Colorado Cyclist admitting to the error, and they were kind enough to send me a replacement part n/c.

Now that it's assembled (properly) it is great. I have no problem recommending them, just put down the drink first!
