Anyone know anything about these wheels? (Shimano R 535) I just rec'd a pair as a gift, and they look great! I couldn't find any reviews on the other section of this site though. Thanks everyone.

I looked at these and probably would have got them if they were in stock when I got my Zepplin. They do look really cool. Went w/ Wheelsmith OpenPros/Ultegra/DT instead mostly for the weight savings and immediate availability. Never have ridden the 535s any distance (just bike test rides, a Bianchi Talladega) but I hear they are generally reliable and not too many complaints from people here on the board. They are a little on the heavy side, but they are entry level low spoke count wheelset. A good value for what you get plus the cool factor.

they're not bad. the wheels use 105 hubs, which are reliable. and yes, they are a bit heavy.
but you should repack the hubs. my front hub is making this little scraping noise ... the grease Shimano packs their hubs and BBs with reportedly stinks.
