|Arghh!!! Gregg - please help!!||grzy|

There is a bug in the software - if you resize the window while you are working on a message it completely drops EVERYTHING you've done. This didn't used to happen with the old system and I've highlighted this before. I know the quick solution is to not resize the window, but it's pretty easy to forget, no matter how many times I've done it, and frankly I don't see any reason why we need to be hobbled due to some glitch.
Any insight as to why this happens and what you guys can do to fix it? I just wasted 20 minutes working out a response and I'm lothe to retype it.

|Its annoying when for some reason, you have to quickly minimize the response and it disappears.|

|If you're using netscape 4.x, it's the browser that is refreshing the page when you resize it. There's nothing the webmaster can do to help this scenario. To avoid it, use IE or Netscape 6 (gulp).|

|I do it half a dozen times a day with IE 5, no trouble. Now if I could just figure out a way to sense them coming...|
|Yes, definitely a Netscape issue...||gregg|

|...and unfortunately, my web producer tells me that there is nothing that we can do about it on our end.
