Xmas Comes Early- Frames Arrivedzelig1

I received my Corrado road bike on Wednesday. Custom Deda SAT 14.5 tubing built by Dave Lloyd up North. This baby's light but the tubes don't seem super thin. Time will tell. I've got to treat it with Framesaver (yes, I got some from the Chas Roberts) first. Will probably build it up over Xmas/Boxing Day, swapping out stuff from the Vortex, provided some additional stuff arrives by the post.

Went to Croydon today and picked up my Chas Roberts custom single gear bike for the road. Track ends in the back but otherwise built for the road including brazed on mounts for mudguards. Interestingly, Roberts treats all their frames with Framesaver. Need to have some wheels made, probably by Helmut Burns at Sonic in London although I may order a set of Phil hubs direct.

Pics to follow. I ordered these frames as I thought I was heading back to the States after 3 years in London. Since that time, I've signed another contract for an additional 2 years. Not sure where to put the extra bike but I'm sure something can be arranged.
Don't put it too close to another one - they breed! Enjoy, nmdzrider

So, if I put my C-40 and EV2 next to each other, I might get an aluminum frame bike with carbon stays? Is that where they come from? :-)

They're Italian. You'll get a carbon bike with aluminum stays!
