im 5'6" and 205lbs. im getting a colnago ct1. my last steel frame bent after a car hit me...do you think it will hold up to mt weight?
Easily. 205's not that heavy.cory

Well, it's pretty stocky for 5'6", but any decent frame should hold you. I weigh 220 now, but I've been as high as 260, and even my old $300 bikes didn't have any trouble.

You're not blaming steel for bending because a car hit it, are you?

actually its still being looked into..i was knocked out for 4 hrs i have no idea what happened..i know i was doing 18mph/2:30pm no clouds/strait road for 1 mile/she said she was out of gas on road and parked/fiat panda was the car...dosent add up...fractured wrist 2 places/2 teeth gone/busted open lips top and bottom...and no road rash/helmet is perfect/no marks on hands/like i never hit the ground

sounds like you landed on her car maybe if you don't have road rash or any other tell tell signs
