Ochsner is a boutique importer that seems to produce a catalog about every ten years or so. They lean heavily towards Swiss and high end bicycle parts. In terms of an Ochsner branded bicycle, it is very likely a steel frame built by a small Italian builder- I can't know for sure without seeing it, but that's the sort of thing that Ochsner sells. As a distributer, they sell sort of the euro oddities that American cyclists so desire.

But what's interesting is that Cycling is not Mr. Ochsner's main business- he's a restaurant and travel critic in real life, and has several travel guides in publication. He is truely a connoisseur of both food and cycling.
