Weird stuff. Do you have a job, or do you just spend all your time growing hair, styling hair, and documenting hair growth and style?

I have a job AND I document my hair growth. How's your hair doing?

At one time I had thick hair that reached the middle of my back. Now that I'm nearing 40, I head into the bathroom about once a week and break out the Wahl electric razor, which is set to #3. I emerge about 15 minutes later with a doo that's not the most glamorous in the world but requires little to no day-to-day maintenance. As my bald friend Nino says, hair is for girls.
so, that works pretty well?Js Haiku Shop

i've been considering the same thing, but have yet to buy the razor. pretty happy with it? how do you clean up your neckline/get your neckline straight?

guy i work with uses a flowbie (sp?).

in my late teens/early twenties i had pretty long hair, too. now it's all falling out. alas, hair IS for girls. i'm really thinking $15/month at fantastic sam's is overrated.
A great investmentmickey-mac

I got the razor from my wife for a Father's Day gift. It cost $60. I'd estimate that I've used it about 20 times. Those 20 haircuts would have cost me at least $300. I use a regular shaving razor and a mirror for the neckline. Sometimes my wife helps out to make sure everything is straight in back. You won't regret it.

$15/ haircut X 12 cuts/year = $180

Not enough for a new frame, but it would pay for 3-4 jerseys, or 2 saddles, 2-4 stems, 4-8 tires, 1 pair of Sidi G4s with socks ...
Double hmmm....Straightblock

I was thinking along the same lines. But if I cut my 2 boys' hair, too, that's 36 cuts/year. New wheelset? New frame after another year?

I don't think I'd cut the wife's hair, though. Better to quit while I'm ahead.
And YOU ride a ROAD bike? Holy crap!!!cyclinseth

Well guys, I appreciate all the feedback. I'll admit my site is a bit different. I take the criticism with a grain of salt. I am an avid cyclist but with winter upon us, I thought I'd include another dimension.
