|angle your feet out when doing the leg press? I see some people do it, and then read it is better to keep them about 10" apart and straight ahead. Does it produce different results?

|angling your feet out will normally give you more power and control. keeping them straighter will force you to gain the control and power. I like to do it at the angle that my feet normally operate because that is the way I want my muscles to develop. my feet naturally angle out noticably. the inside heel of my bike shoes wear out horribly and the stiching comes out because my feet are always rubbing on the crank.
