trainer or rollers?squirrelnutzipper

I've been riding road for two years and have come to the conclusion that it's time to take my status as a cyclist to another level. Trainer or rollers? In case it matters, I ride about 150 miles a week, and I want to continue to see improvement in my speed. I'm playing with the idea of participating in a local race series this year. Any suggestions on what to buy?

Thanks...

A training manual or on line coach if you want to spend the money is a good place to start. Gotta know where you are going before you start the journey. These items alone will save alot of time and energy once you learn how to train.

If you are looking for improvements in your cycling form go for the rollers. If you are looking for strength building, go for the trainer.
