|Great ride today with USPS pro Kenny Labbe||Elefantino|

|77 degrees in River City.
Unfortunately, I couldn't ride. I was at the registration desk.
Kenny is a nice guy; he rode with fast, medium and slow groups. Stuck around to talk and autograph stuff. He recounted his difficult haul at the San Francisco Grand Prix (18 degrees of hell on Fillmore Street) and other U.S. races.
For the record, he rides a Selle San Marco Concors, OCLV (obviously), Dura-Ace, Look PP396.
38 days for me. 38 days.

|I'd definitely be with the slow group...
I love my San Marcos Era..selection was made by dumb luck and a killer sale...
38 days will go fast...ease back into it.

|Isn't he the guy that's supposed to actually work for USPS? Does he do that anymore? Sounds like it would have been fun. Team Jelly Belly was supposed to show up for a ride here in MN this past summer. They cancelled at the last minute though, leaving us to ride without them. Oh well.|| |
