Black Brakes ??slower
Nov 30, 2001 6:49 PM
I am looking to replace my p.o.s. coda brake calipers. I like having black brake calipers instead of the standard silver. Are there any companies that manufacture quality black brake calipers??

Thanks in advance :)

Cervelo has a house brand that they might part with (though I don't know who makes 'em or what quality they are)

Cane Creek says this model is available black anodized... any LBS could get them.

Excelsports.com has your Mavic SSC brakes. They look great and work great as well. Lighter than Record, and less expensive. Love 'em on my Serotta.

build quality might not be QUITE up there with record, but they're lighter, stop faster, are cheaper, and come in black. oh yeah.
