anyone ever try this training program? Interesting concept. The low end progran is $80
a month with a 4 month min. Seems pricey but could be a training incentive during the off-season.

I signed up for the free 7 day trial to check it out. I think I'll sign up for the 3 month plan. Choose them over CTS because I know they have programs for Triathletes. I haven't done one, but plan to do them in the future, but more importantly, it gives me some variety for working out. I do agree, it does help give you some structure and incentive to keep it up during the cold season.

I did ask around about people that used CTS, TrainingBible, but no one responded. Keep me up to date if you do CTS. I'm happy to answer questions about TB but I just started it this week.

I'm in the program right now. What sport and what events (dates) are you working toward. That is important because if your into the early seaon stuff or your season is now you can forget high returns. To benefit from the system you need several months under your belt.

I just signed up for a 12 month plan on http://www.trainingbible.com after reading Joe's book. This plan is a little overwhelming the first time you read the book, but after using the website for a few days I created a training plan and scheduled my first month of workouts in a pretty short amount of time. I'm looking forward to starting the program next week.

I also looked at Carmichael's program and most of the responses to my questions about it pointed me to the Friel program.

If you want to see the thread on the Carmichael program I think it's still listed in the first 50 in the racing discussions.
