ok, I've been hearing the cyber rumors of the demise of Nimble wheels... does anyone have any concrete info (direct correspondence, work for them, selling patents, designs and equipment to another company, etc.) and if it's true, where do I line up for the fire sale???

I think it's just a nasty rumor at this point. Bicycle Retailer and Industry News is usually the first to drag a failing company through the mud (coincidently, they often drag not-failing companies through the mud), and they have been mum on the Nimble subject.

Nimble is still strong. Production capacity is still our limit to growth. Reach us at www.nimble.net or at product@nimble.net or call USA toll-free 800-531-6331 or international 512-502-1088. We're happy to talk tech or sell our products consumer direct. By summer we will return to back orders on popular items.

By summer will your popular wheels still suck? Are there any plans to improve them in the future?
