I am getting and new bike and can't decide between the new 2002 specialized allez E5 SLX comp 18, the Cannondale R2000, or the lemond zurich.
i race mostly small circuit races and many crits, and my longest race is a 56 mile one. i am in the price range of $2100, if anyone wants to recomend a bike.

|sponsor? Doesn't the shop offer team racers deals? If you race don't you go through bikes every year or 2? Haven't you figured out yet that it is the engine not the chassis that matters in racing?
Just look for a good deal on a bike that fits. Save a little money for an extra set of wheels.

|after you check out his inventory and specials at GVHBikes.com
For well under those $$ he can set you up with any of several very nice frames built up as you like. If you want to spend it all, you can, of course. You might look at his Viner line, both steel and alu. He usually has CAAD4 C'dales at discount, among many others. He is very knowledgeable and reliable.
