|I think my saddle is pinching a nerve...||cbass|

|I am experiencing a pain that moves from my left nut, to the very top of my thigh to the base of my hamstring (just behind my knee). I've been doing a lot of riding recently, both road and mtb and I think it is from a pinched or irritated nerve. I feel the pain when I am sitting, whether it's at my desk or in my car.
Has anyone else experienced a similar pain?
Can you recommend a saddle that is designed to alleviate pressure down there?

|I think this is one for your doctor, Eliminate the serious and then buy the new saddle. This is not meant to be frightening but check it out ASAP so that you can relax and take your time as to the cause.|

|yes, see a doctor first.
i had a problem with numbness. couldnt ride a 'normal' road saddle for more than 30 minutes. then i found an ABS saddle advertised in Bicycling magazine a few years ago. all of my seating problems were solved. i dont have the address , but you can search 'ABS sports' on yahoo or other search engine.
they have 3 seats, super saddle, super saddle with springs and super saddle supreme. the super saddles are 9" wide, while the supreme is 7". i have both. i use the 9" for my mtb, and the 7", which i just purchased last week, for my road bike. made of leather and some NASA gel.
