Could someone tell how to identify or which screw is the high and which is the low limit adjustment on a Campy Chrous front deraileur?

Thanks,

Giles

I don't own this deraileur but I think I can help.

it can easily be done by trial and error. shift the front all the way down to the inside ring. there should be a slight ammount of slack in the cable. pick one of the screws, turn it counter clockwise a half of a turn. if the deraileur moves then this is your low adjustment. if not turn that screw back to where it started and turn the other one a half turn. if the deraileur moves then this is the low adjustment.

If the cable is too tight to begin with the deraileur will not rest on the screw. in this case loosen the cable either by releasing it and clamping it farther up the cable or by turning your barrel adjuster clockwise.
