|TO THE PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT THIS
Well...it's here, Project One is now on the trek website. They have, i think 14 custom colors for the frames. You could now put campagnolo's on treks straight from the factory! Can't wait to see em' on the road where they belong!

|They'll really stick you for the upgrades, huh? Fancy paint for $550? Who do they think they are, Colnago?

|I was thinking the same thing. Oh no, I'm thinking like a lawyer now?? -J/K'ing! Well, my name is "Doug" also, so I guess I'm safe. $550 is a bit high for a scheme that isn't really custom.
It's about time Trek makes some paint options available. My LBS is the 3rd highest Trek seller in the world and OCLV's are a dime a dozen around here. Seeing a few varied paint schemes will be welcome. I like the Klein paint schemes better, especially the Team Gerolsteiner.

|I just clicked through the custom menu and came up with this:
Frame Color: Pave Flambe
Custom Name: Nessism
Bar and Stem: TTT Zepp XL
Saddle: Selle San Marco Era Ti Rails Leather USPS
Group: Record Double
Wheels: Bontrager Race X Lite Carbon
Seatpost: Campagnolo Record Carbon
LAF Donation: $100.00
Total Price: $6,094.99
I had to go for the LAF donation to get the total over $6k.
The only problems are I don't have the jack, and I would be embarrassed to show up at a group ride with it.
