|Some good, some bad. A lot of the stuff they sell is new old stock. Some of it is cheap knockoffs. They are eager and helpful, though.
It's buyer beware.
Also, watch out for their sales on eBay. They have used one of their alternate login names to bid up their own merchandise. And they've had a good amount of negative feedback for non-delivery, to which they've countered that the packages were sent USPS Priority ... non-insured.

|I just got some jerseys and a pair of "grab-bag" bibs. The jerseys are nice, the bibs OK. Sent USPS priority w/ delivery confirmation. Got a free bike hat. I'd do business w/ them again.|

|I've dealt with them once. They answer emails fast. I know because I emailed them alot; the whole stucture of the site and their way of soing business takes some getting used to. I kind of like it though.
A tip: they aren't allowed to advertise the brand names of what they sell, but if you email they'll tell you. For example, the fuzzy picture of roubaix tights are actually Castellis, definitely not knockoffs. The only thing I stay away from is the grabbag stuff. I just wanna know what I'm buying.
Also, I ordered 2 things - Giordana (I mean "no logo") bibs, and defeet socks. The socks were defective, with a small hole, I can see how they would have missed it. They sent some new ones out the minute I told them about the problem.

|I've made numerous orders, and never had a problem- they deliver promptly. I made a no-hassels return (size didn't work, despite their size chart). For the money they are wonderful, though their website reminds me of the net about 1994 or so.
On my LAST purchase, both pairs of bib shorts were actually seconds or irregulars... how do I know this? The flaws were clearly marked with colored tape! One pair had ballpoint pen ink across the thigh, and the other had a slight run in the fabric- both were clearly marked. I'd rather they had opened the bags and removed the tape- I'd have been happier NOT knowing (they were barely noticeable)- but at $30 or so for decent close-out bibs, I can't complain!
I don't believe they sell knock-offs- and their customer communication is top notch. I've found better deals in the UK, but with shaky customer communication and frequent lost orders. Nashbar has been my most miserable experience-most of my order was "discontinued" despite being shown available at their site. I would never have paid $6 in postage on the $10 order that remained in stock!
