One whole week off the 271. Just kinda happened. Tried to get out, but:
Didn't feel like it
Had 2 Dr's appts.
Weather was SOOOOOOOO nice and the leaves are changing that I went for a mtb rode y-day with a group-fell, bruises, bleeding, mud. A good ride.

I'm better now, rode 34 miles today in the 74F sunshine on a lovely indian summer day here in PA. 271 forgives me, do you?!

It's all ridin'! 271 probably enjoyed the time to herself. We all need a break now and then. You appreciate each other more. Happy riding.
forgiven, but only due to "bruises, bleeding, mud" nmJs Haiku Shop

"If you don't come back bruised, bleeding and muddy, it wasn't a good ride." Around here there are plenty of oppurtunities to get in this condition, especially given my minimal mtb skills and the abundance of rocks, roots, and mud.:-)
"minimal mtb skills"...yep, i have the same affliction...Js Haiku Shop

and i don't really require your abundance of rocks, roots, obstacles, i just tend to crash alot. since my goal this year was mileage-related, i've stayed off the mtb all season, since wrecks tend to keep me in recocovery for 2-4 weeks.
You must crash "better" than I do! (nm)look271
