I like the Rocket. It's still pretty aero, but has a pleated storage pocket in the back for carrying a few things - multi-tool, extra food, etc. Also comes with a 70 oz. bladder for longer rides, and a pocket up front to hold your gel flask.
I use the HydrobakMel Erickson

50oz. is just fine since I also like to take along a large bottle of energy drink on long rides. On shorter rides 50oz. is plenty. It's aero enough since it's pretty small. You can stash a jacket under the shock cords. No storage compartments but I use a small seatbag. It's more convenient than taking off the Camelbak to get at things.
thanks! ordered two of 'em yesterday from nashbar, $30ea....Js Haiku Shop

figured they'd be good for those PSV-legal events i'm considering in the next couple years, and good for short rides. they're reflective, too, so good for night rides. and, i ususally buy a replacement/backup bladder for my hydration packs, and the replacement 50oz camelbak bladder was $24, so $30 to get the bladder AND pack seemed pretty smart.

thanks again...
