I'm 5'7" with a 30" inseam. Should I be on a 53,55,or 57?
I'm looking at a talladega.

Find out if they measure from center to center or center to top for the seat tube length. A 53cm center to top measurement for a 30 inch inseam rider will likely be too big. From there, the critical piece of the puzzle, once you get a good standover, is top tube length.

Knowing just your inseam and hieght it is impossible to say exactly what the correct size will be. But, in my opinion, the 53 will probably be the best of the three choices. With a 30" inseam you could almost certainly ride the 55cm- but at 5'7", the top tube is likely to be too long. It really depends a little bit on what you want to do. For a better 'racing' position, you're probably better off with the 53, which will position the handlebar lower relative to the seat. For a more recreational ride, look into the 55 with a shorter than normal (90ish) stem. This will lend itself to a more upright seating position.

I'm 5'7" too, with a 30" inseam. I have a 53cm Bianchi Veloce that fits me perfectly.
