I like using Paraffin, I have tried every other product with some dissatisfaction. Should I change? Hell no! I like it!

We've got nine bikes we ride with some frequency. In all sorts of weather. Bad weather riding I use Phil Tenacious Oil, good weather White Lightning.

I have used paraffin, probably never go back to it though. Maybe if I didn't use Shimano Chains. I assume you remove your chain to paraffin it, unless you use some sort of Super Link removing a chain is a bad thing.

BTW logically paraffin use and being a Dinosaur are not connected ;-))

I've found paraffin doesn't really last long though. I like White litening better. i use it on my MTB and Prolink on my road bike.

I am probably anal about this, but I probably paraffin my chain between 150-250 miles. But, then again this does not bother me, in fact, I like to do it. It definitely keeps thing clean.

That is probably my time frame also. Ex-athletes lie current athletes are compulsive-obsessive. I guess I fit this description.
