How do they ride on/off road? How do they wear? Do the studs come out - how are they moulded in? What do they weigh?
Icebiker web site has a pretty thurough review of them.MB1

We used them last winter, really well made tires.

Plusses-Work great in/on ice. Fine in snow too, depending on the depth. The studs are really good quality, ours have very little sign of wear after 1 winter of use. The studs are fixed in place and cannot be removed.

Minuses-Heavy (what did you expect?). Lots of rolling resistance and noisy on dry pavement.

I have the Nokian Roadie PCR tires on my bike now. They're great long lasting, smooth running and grippy. The tires are made for Nokian by Vredestein, they are basically Vredestein Tri-comps with a blue tread, black sidewall. I have a spare set(700x23) that I will sell for $50+ shipping for the pair.
I dont know of any shop that carries them but BTI distributes them.
