Computer w/ Spinergy's?(4 posts)

Computer w/ Spinergy's?Money D

I just got my first road bike that came w/ Spinergy Rev's, the 4 spoke carbon wheels. Can you mount a computer on a bike w/ these wheels? I know on my mt bike the magnet screws on a spoke, which these wheels don't have. Anyone have any solutions?
Thanks.

Spinergy offers a stick-on magnet for their bladed carbon wheels. Go to: www.Spinergy.com and look under Rev-x accessories. I've got one, works dandy.

You can get the Spinergy one, or just stick a piece of magnet on the wheel with some tubular tire cement.

I've done both. The Spinergy magnet looks nicer, but either method works fine.

Gee, 30 minutes later, after regestering, I get to respond to the question...
It used to be simple...Well, anyway, I helped a friend with this similar problem, we took a magnet from a shower curtain, applied double stick tape, and a very cheap, albeit slightly heavy, Spinergy magnet appeared. BTW, it has stuck for about 2000 miles and roughly 4 months, no problems.
