|I've been doing some sereous climbing the last few days. Man I have a whole new set of muscle groups that are aching. That one that goes from the inside of the knee up, it's hard as a rock. I think I'm going to continue this route for a while,(after I re lace my wheel)
As A side note what is the most favorite part of your biking legs? I'm getting some real heavy duty definition on my calfs and thinking they are looking pretty good. After a couple of weeks of this climbing route my upper legs may look pretty cool too.
