|I can't figure this one out. I got the Pearl Microsensors a little loose. After my double century I was rubbed a little raw(I know -shoulda buttered my butt).
When shopping for Castellis I found the large a little loose and the medium a little snug. I went with the snug since I figured the pad would hold against my nether regions a bit more firmly.
Since it is spandex everything seems to fit you at first. Even the extra large Castellis seemed possible. Thanks for your help ladies and gents!
By the way the Knoxville Double Century was the best ride I have ever been on. Centuries just aren't going to do it for me anymore.

|But, It's hard to find snug shorts for me, I weigh 120 lbs. BTW, how much did you pay for the Pearl Microsensors?

|I paid full retail for the Pearls but I bought the Castelli Progettos at Zonabici.com for an amazing $70. The catch was the forty dollar shipping fee. So I bought two pair and got a friend to chip in on the order. Both pairs cost me one hundred sixty, shipping included. All of my bikes and almost all of my gear is off the sale rack. Im a cheapo but a well stocked cheapo.|

|Snug, so they won't bunch up or move around. Moving is bad, as it means friction. Friction is bad. Bunching up is bad.
Slather on the Chamois Butt'r on the pad like you're icing a cake. It's gross at first, but it will help keep you comfy on those long rides.

|leave the marks of the seams on your skin. At least when they are new they should do that. Its good you are doing the right thing and buying Castellis and Pearls. If you were buying cheap shorts I wouldn't bother to answer since no matter if they are tight or loose they do wouldn't work for anything.|

Apologies to Woody Allen. He said once "Dr. Goldstein does good circumcisions. I've seen his work."
