|I have a Digital Pro 12E (no LCD or calibration required), and I'm kinda interested in how NR responded to you.|

|Their phone was busy for quite a while, but I got through. A very patient guy said to simply recalibrate after a full charge. Haven't tried it, though.
|What bike are you putting it on?||pmf1|

|I hope not the C-40.|

|The C40 is my favorite descending bike. Rock solid, plus I have the tallest gears on it. I'll use it most of the night, too. The lights only get installed at dark.
One thing about these longer rides is that typically people get very utilitarian in the approach. Style doesn't mean anything. So, yes, you put aerobars, big cogsets, and lights on your C40, Merlin, or whatever. They become merely tools. You use Camelbaks when you might not otherwise. In other words, you do whatever it takes to get the job done, damn the Styleman.
